Due to the personal and hygienic nature of nail products, all sales at Dilyn Nail are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been shipped or opened. Please ensure you review your order details and size selection carefully before completing your purchase.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at DilYnNailArt@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the item(s).
Lost or Delayed Packages
Dilyn Nail is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to courier, weather, or address errors. However, if such an issue occurs, please reach out — we’ll do our best to assist you in resolving the situation.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only before shipment. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
